Job description

Field Service Engineer - Woodworking Machines.

You will be covering the Midlands. Ideally you will be be based in the Midlands.

You must have electrical skills and an electrical qualification.(Ideally a NVQ or City and Guilds or HNC / HND Qualification].
You will also have good mechanical skills.( This role is mechanically biased gear, blade, chains,bearings,shafts).

You will be working on Woodworking equipment such as; bandsaws Saws, Edgebander, sanders, planers, CNC and routers.

The role

1. To provide in-house and on-site support to customers for the repair and maintenance ,
2. To complete installations.
3. To carry out on-site customer training and assist with in-house training when required.
4. To repair or replace sub assembly modules.
5. To carry out on-site and in-house upgrades.
6. Be prepared to travel within the UK and stay away in the week.

You will be employed by an international Machine tool manufacturer.

UK driving license.
