Project Support Engineer Security products - South West London £38-43K basic + Overtime

This Project Support Engineer role will be office based in Feltham.

You will provide:

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the job-holders primary tasks and responsibilities are to;

Provide Project Management for Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning Services to include risk assessments, method statements, layout Drawings, wring schedules and site records for the project file.
Liaise with the customer regarding onsite works.
Provide Risk Assessments and Method Statement for Installation works following site surveys
Provide Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning for our products as part of a team.
Provide reactive site visits to diagnose and rectify problems.
Provide Office based product support to customers


a) On-site works for Installation, Maintenance and Product Support
b) Compliance with Health & Safety requirements
c) Office based Product Technical Support

As a Support Engineer preferably you will have some experience with Access control ,Lifts, Gates, Barriers , CCTV or other Security Products.

You will have good communication skills, this is a customer facing role.

The ability to Read Schematics ( Autocad )for Layout drawings and electrical schematics.
You must be willing to work in Central London.
Beneficial would be CSCS card holder. Site managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) would be a bonus.
